Great learning resources for iOS developers

Want to learn about object-oriented programming, iOS development and the like? Take a look at the free stuff on iTunes Podcasts and iTunes U. It is free! Many of these podcasts aren't new but they are still relevant to the field. Anyone can learn so much by listening to them with their iPad or on their Apple TV. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the the things you can find. Am I missing something? Post a comment so I'll update my post.
