Selling iOS apps with encryption in France

Remember that? Submitting iOS app with encryption - part 1 ? Today, I got a notice from iTunes Connect:

I spent 15 minutes reading France's government regulatory documentation. Ouch, this won't be an easy task to fulfill the required informations in order to continue selling my password manager into this country which by the way generate very few sales, 2.3% of sales revenues. I may choose to remove my app from France. Not worth it.
